Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Minnesota Vikings.

How is my information protected?

Your personal identifiable information and non-personal identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I purchase a Minnesota Vikings suite?

To reserve a Minnesota Vikings suite, select the event you'd like to attend and click on the Rent A Suite page to explore the available options. You can secure your suite directly through the website by entering your payment details, or if you prefer, reach out to the Minnesota Vikings Premium Partnership team at [email protected] for assistance.

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Minnesota Vikings Premium Partnership team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. You can view a guide on how to access your tickets here. A representative from the Minnesota Vikings will also reach out to provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into the Minnesota Vikings.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on VikingsPremium.com are fully private.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on VikingsPremium.com include all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees when purchasing the suite. Incremental costs could include adding on food or beverage enhancements to your inclusive package with Aramark, additional Standing Room Only (SRO) ticket purchases or other miscellaneous purchases made on gameday at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Minnesota Vikings suites come with an inclusive catering package that includes beer and wine (limited or unlimited pending suite location). Additional items, including liquor, are available to purchase for your suite in advance of your event. Please contact your representative in advance of your event to arrange add-ons.

Am I required to purchase catering?

Minnesota Vikings suites come with an inclusive catering package that includes beer and wine (limited or unlimited pending suite location). You are not required to purchase additional concessions.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as SROs) for my suite?

Please refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets) are available for purchase or reach out to the Minnesota Vikings Premium team.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

One (1) child under 36 inches tall will be granted complimentary access with (1) ticketed adult. The child will receive a wristband upon entry at the gates.

What am I permitted to bring into U.S. Bank Stadium and into my suite?

The Minnesota Vikings will continue to follow the NFL's Bag Policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into U.S. Bank Stadium on game day. Express lanes for fans without bags will be available at each gate. Fans can keep specific items (i.e. keys, cell phones, wallets) on their person and do not need to empty their pockets prior to passing through the walk-through magnetometers, unless otherwise requested.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Some suite locations have access to a club space nearby their suite location. To inquire on which club your suite location may be able to access, please contact the Minnesota Vikings Premium team.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Suite clients have access to HCMC Parking Ramp passes located a short walk from U.S. Bank Stadium.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

The nearest VIP entry for suites on the north side of U.S. Bank Stadium is the Ecolab Gate located South 4th Street. The nearest VIP entry for suites on the south side of U.S. Bank Stadium is the Lower Pentair Gate on South 6th St. For Cabin Suites, the closest entrance is the TicketMaster gate on the east side of U.S. Bank Stadium.

When does my suite open?

U.S. Bank Stadium opens two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Suites and club spaces also open two (2) hours prior to kickoff.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite during the event?

Food and beverage is included with your suite purchase. Additional items can be ordered during the event through your suite attendant.

If I have an issue with my suite on event day, who can I contact?

Please contact your Minnesota Vikings Premium team contact who will be on site on gameday.
